The gate looks great, much more stylish than the previous pin I used to block my plants. They're perfect when you want to keep your pet from falling into something and you have a spot for the gate to lean against the wall. But note that they are lightweight. They are no deterrent when your pet is determined to go somewhere - even a small dog can move/knock them over. Depending on how stubborn your pet is, they might not work for blocking the kitchen or anything like that. Although it is perfect for me, good price. I have 4 of these to protect my plants from my 7 lb dog.
