I am not writing a paid review and did not receive this insert with the review. Honestly, this is one of the best pre-workouts out there. Over the years of my ascension I've tried many (NO Explode, Jack3d Original Formula, Mesomorph, Yeah Buddy, Quake, Super Pump Max, Nitraflex, C4 Original, C4 Ultimate and maybe something else I forgot). This PW takes over. Pros: Good dosage. Enough caffeine to wake you up without shaking. Just enough beta-alanine to give you a slight tingling sensation, but not overwhelming. Enough citrulline for a good pump. Contain BCAAs. I used to do a pre-workout and then take BCAAs during the lift. No longer. This product has two flavors. This is the last one because it is the least important. But the taste is amazing. I had a green apple and a watermelon. You are both excellent. Cons: This is personal preference, but I wish they had added 3.2g of beta-alanine. What's in it is a good dose, but I liked Mesomorph and Dymatize PO for its high beta dosage. .This is not a pre-workout BS. They cut out filler and crap and did what was needed. I will buy again without hesitation.
