I was looking for a lightweight, compact wallet for a trip to Italy. I was very excited when I discovered this purse. The design is awesome! It has 2 bill compartments for large euro bills, 8 credit card slots and a large zippered coin pocket on the back. All made from lightweight, washable fabric. Exactly what I wanted except for the smell. The wallet came with a horrible strong toxic chemical smell! It was overwhelming! Since I really liked the wallet, I decided to try to get rid of its smell. First I aired through an open window for 2 days without any changes. I then washed it with dish soap, a slight change. I then filled each bag with baking soda and ventilated through an open window for 3 days, improvement but the smell is still there. Then I rubbed it with vinegar and let it dry by the open window, it got better but it still smells faintly. I redid the vinegar and left it by the window for a couple of days. Luckily I have a week left before I leave so I hope the smell will be gone by then. I like this wallet very much, but I will not order it again. Unless Big Skinny makes their wallets odor free. I give 3 stars for the design, if not for the smell I would give 5.
