The lights themselves are great. Nice and bright, good color cycle and the stripe is holding up well. But the board sucks. For some reason the frequency is confused; For example, clicking green gives you red, blue gives you green, and red gives you blue. My TV remote control is also interfering with the transponder. When I turn on the light, pressing the button on the TV remote can cause it to turn solid turquoise or blink. Not all functions of the light console work. Arrow buttons should allow adding custom colors to DIY buttons. I did it once and never again. This is very frustrating. I have a similar set to this with the same remote but a different brand that I have yet to install because I am so frustrated with how difficult it is to use. I like the light, but next time there will most likely be a set that can be controlled via a phone app.
