Let's face it glass breaks. I received two end tables from someone on Craigslist. As he was helping me load it into the car, he dropped a table top and broke it! Since he offered to give me a half refund, I took them anyway, thinking I'd just go to my local glass store and buy a replacement. After being offered $30 online, I went to find out all the "hidden" costs. 1.)
