Overall good solid CRM Software- Easy To Use

The ease of data entry into this software is one thing I like about it, not having to retype all my information for the same clients several times over seems like another positive! Also liking that the system keeps everything organized which has helped me keep track better now than ever before. A couple things I wish was different were also mentioned by previous reviewers as well but those have since been added (ex - custom fields). We do use their reporting function so if you're looking at using something similar we probably will be able and recommend switching systems because overall all they offer are great features. This helps streamline communications between myself an agent and client along making tracking appointments/closing deals faster & easier and less confusing knowing where each step stands within our entire process. I like the ease of use, the ability to have multiple accounts, and the ability to have multiple profiles. I dislike that it is a paid service, but I do understand that it is a subscription service. I would like to be able to use the service with multiple accounts, but I am limited to one account. I am able to track my leads and follow up with them. I also am able to send emails and texts to my leads.

  • It's easy enough even though there isn't much training available from broker office themselves or any sort really online either..they don t provide very detailed instructions when logging onto website etc., just says what buttons need clicking
