Bought winter pants for my toddler for a trip to Colorado. It was snowing, so I knew we'd be playing snowballs outside. It was wonderful! Put on her leggings and keep your feet dry and warm. The adjustable waistband ensures a snug, comfortable fit. Bought a 5T for my 4 year old.
