I like how it gives me options for different ways we can get work done (email/phone call), as well has other features such as time tracking which is really helpful when you are trying not be late! It's pretty expensive compared with some cheaper alternatives out there so make sure this fits into what budget would allow before purchasing because if things don't fit within their budgets they won’t continue using them anyway once finished paying off initial purchase cost - but overall good product though could have more flexibility at lower price point!! We needed software where employees were able track tasks completed & deadlines set etc., plus also had feature allowing us access from anywhere via our computer devices instead having someone come over just incase employee was away without internet connection- therefore being less likely missing important information regarding projects due dates /etc..
