Review on McCall Associates by Ryan Olsen

I appreciate being able to take my time with each project because it helps me make informed choices about what would be best for each one. They are professional and reliable. They are fair when pricing and willing to work with you if your ideas change or new information surfaces. Occasionally they seem unsure or frustrated that the project they think is "just" your idea turned into something more complicated than previously expected. There have even been times where we didn't talk at all (we were emailing with each other) as a result of disagreements. While I enjoy working with them overall, I do not like that it takes so long to finalize projects and get paid -- sometimes over a month. Also, their payment process can be frustrating at times. I am helping complete an exhibit that will house the entire history of our company; including artifacts, photographs, drawings, etc. The project manager was always in contact with us throughout the process and made sure we were happy at all times. It is clear that they take their clients' needs very seriously; this is reflected in how well it works as a whole. I would definitely recommend them! They have been great to work with over our two year-long building renovation. Nothing really - just an overall good experience.
