Review on πŸ’ͺ Hydralyte Electrolyte Hydration Powder Packets - Energy Boost with Natural Caffeine: Green Tea, B12 & B6 Vitamins, Vitamin C & Zinc by Mohammad Pesqueira

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Tastes like citrus alka seltzer, replenishes electrolytes but too much B6 and B12

I was glad to see another local company in San Diego that makes hydration blends, albeit a very similar name is (possibly also close) to Vytalite (new or not so new Gookinaid). I've been a fan of Vytalite for years, since Gookinaid, and for about two years I've also become a fan of Liquid IV. It seems the recent trend in hydration blends is to add vitamins and other things including caffeine based on research. who perform better by overdoing things like vitamin B6 and B12, vitamin C, etc. This seems to have gone too far. 1.323% RDA B6? 9.375% of the recommended daily value of B12? While some agencies say that 50 times the RDA of B6 is "safe" and B12 won't harm you in large amounts, I see no need to overdo it. , really nice. I like Alka-Seltzer and am used to mineral flavored mixes, so I love this. But as some people say, IV fluid tastes like salty lemonade (and I have to agree), it's delicious. Maybe I'm just weird. Sodium and potassium are in sufficient quantity and should fit comfortably in the stomach. This concoction did not upset my gastrointestinal system when I used it during a typical work day. I mixed a bag with 16 ounces of cold water. While I haven't tried it on long road bike rides or my 27-mile one-way heat bike rides (you know, never try anything the first time when it really counts), I don't expect to this would pose a problem. me and is supposed to help with electrolyte loss. A pack in a 20-24 ounce water bottle should help with electrolytes and mild flavor as I'm not a fan of harsh flavored drinks during my workout. Apart from the excessive B vitamin content, I find the price too high. You can find similar products for a much cheaper price and I'm more comfortable with vitamin levels. If you are missing these vitamins B6 and B12 and other ingredients in this blend and drinking more water is helping you, give it a try. It's just too expensive for my liking and there are better options for my needs.
