While I can't say these are bad levers, they are too wide for regular narrow tires. For those reading this this is 1.7cm wide, narrow tires need leverage. Width 1 cm, that's what I was looking for. I've tried these wider arms on 25-28mm tires before and they tend to puncture the tube because the surface is too wide. I thought they were narrow levers, but they aren't, so look elsewhere if you need levers for narrow road tires. Unfortunately, almost none of the tire levers listed on Amazon actually list the lever reach, which is pretty important information. This is my fault though, the reviews were clearly from people on wider tires like on mountain bikes/hybrid bikes. Two stars deducted not because of quality or delivery issues, but because it is not clear that the arms are too wide for the narrow tires.
