Not for small women
I liked the pattern and material. Can be worn as a skirt or top with straps. I would never wear it as a halter dress. My waist was big. And I don't like the waist. It's basically a very long waist and you have extra pieces of fabric on the sides which I don't like. This does not work for me. Need smaller ones but they only have 1 size.
