Really absorbs my hot flashes. I could type a few words, but mostly; For the price of absorbent pajamas, it's a solid 7-8.5 depending on the style. They will never pass as house clothes as they are free and "flowing"; it leaves nothing to the imagination. I wouldn't open the front door, but I could go to the mailbox in my underwear. As for size; If you are not sure, the size runs small. I am very curvy and have a belly. The manufacturer is generous with the material.
