I bought this product a few months ago, it arrived quickly and worked fine for a while. Sometimes I use the heating function for about 15-30 minutes and never continuously for a long time. Last month I started feeling pain in my left buttock and while in the shower I noticed a blister forming. In short, I burned myself on the massager heating coil - THIS massager. I noticed a burn mark on my sofa where it was used. He burned both the top and bottom of the massager. I opened the pad and noticed that the poorly bonded heating coil was practically knotted in the area that burned me and everything else. The rest of the heating coil winds neatly in an "S" shape over the entire massager except for one spot. A dangerous "failure" in production? Was my massager just an anomaly, or are there a large number of these massagers with the same ball of coils waiting to burn someone or start a fire? Who knows? All I know is that it could have ended a lot worse than it did. Now in the trash. I don't want a replacement and it's probably too late for a refund. It is in order. I just want to warn people who are considering buying this product.
