THE SAME THING I GOT FROM MY ORTHODONIST

Exactly the same as my orthodontist gave me, that's great! I know this may seem harsh, but at the very beginning when I got braces, I wore wax on my braces for almost a whole day. I ate, I drank, but I still held up well
