When I found out I couldn't update the firmware using my phone connection, I contacted Polaroid customer service. They took me through a method that didn't work in the end. I later found the method via my computer when I searched on google. Which didn't help much in the end. My phone could not be connected after updating the firmware. I ended up calling Polaroid back only to find out that this '(discontinued)' version was exactly that because they thought it was too 'flaky'. It worked like a camera and printed those images, but not in the way I wanted it to. This is the printer for my pictures on my phone. It was discontinued for a reason, don't buy it.
