Bar judged. Feels like plastic. The parts holding it to the wall are nice and heavy, but the screws aren't long enough to screw into the rack. By the time you've gone through the drywall, you've used up the screw. I haven't had much success using plastic wall anchors to hold weights and wet towels. If you're working on new walls, think about where you're going to place the accessories and get the lines perfectly straight. Drill holes and then paint the walls. This way you won't see any lines on your layout and your holes are already there. And if you decide before painting that you want/need to move something, you won't kill this great painting job. I love wall hooks and towel rings when our grandchildren make no mistake while climbing the wall. We have chrome tub bars that slip out of our hands so we fall back into the tub. Nobody to be sure. The same applies to 24" and 12". We're looking for a rod set that won't slip out of our hands. If the design is so different, Morn will disappear. Our safety comes first.
