Also i did not find any dislikes at the moment but if there's anything people wants it should come through our social media pages where our clients always share that they wish our services could handle multiple currencies which we're working hard into building now. Data collection has become much easier due to its affordability and usability. We've been able save time, resources and money since everything can done remotely via cloud storage. I like how it can be used to create custom forms with ease. The interface is not very user friendly for people who aren't familiar with coding. It's also an expensive application. We have been able to use it to automate our forms and increase customer satisfaction.
