The clock was synchronized with the iPad and worked for three days, after that the application does not load information about the accumulated steps, nothing sleeps, so I went to troubleshoot. Did everything that was suggested, now the application recognizes the watch but doesn't accept it. Now the support team is not responding to my question/problem!
