I have a Flexsteel leather recliner and the handle broke and it would not recline. I watched some videos on how and what I could do to fix it. The cable to recline the chair was fine, it was just the handle. I could not wait for this to get to my house, I installed it as soon as the part came in the mail. Very easy to install and it has a how to- video on the purchase page on amazon. My chair works perfectly and as I said in the headline this is what should have been on the recliner in the first place. There are no plastic parts, it is all metal and you can feel that it is well made, fits perfectly in the chair. Saved my chair. My chair still has lots of miles to go before it is wore out. I am so happy that this was able to fix my chair.
