I have ordered a beard care kit (sandalwood scent) and beard shampoo and conditioner with the same scent from you. I am very disappointed in the beard oil and balm that came with my beard kit. Beard oil smells awful and has more of a chemical smell than a natural smell. My beard smelled bad and felt greasy. My wife didn't like the smell either. The balm had no smell at all. This was a huge disappointment for me as I am a HUGE fan of sandalwood fragrances and my first purchase from you guys. I didn't even use shampoo or conditioner because I was HUGE disappointed with the perfect beard grooming kit and lack of confidence in your boys products and scents.
