
There aren't really any instructions on how to use the damn thing. It doesn't say what to use or for how long, and that's a lot of guesswork. I just let it run in normal contact solution for a while and pray they are "clean". It's just a noisy vibrating lens barrel that doesn't seem to make much of a difference. I suppose if you have pets who shed a lot and could get hair on your contact lenses it might help to shake off any residue but I was hoping for something that would keep them clean and hygienic.
