buyers beware the yi eye app using this device is a BROKEN JAM, won't connect and for some reason when it tries to connect, causes a high - high-frequency noise that hurts your ears, and if you try to turn it off, a message pops up telling you to turn up the phone's volume or you risk a timeout crash. What? I've never heard anything like it, why should I put my ears to it? I've done this many times and time was always running out, I had the phone right over the frame because it also said it must be tight, I had to leave the room because of the high pitched squeak. To be honest I don't even know why I tried this more than once, I was starting to worry about my phone's speakers. Also the user manual that came with this device only added information, there was no order for the steps. One more thing, the manual tells you to plug the USB into a wall outlet for charging, but it doesn't come with a USB to wall outlet adapter. The cover that needs to be removed, which exposes the charging port, is fragile and difficult to put on and take off, and a piece broke off the first time you took it off. Overall, this product and the app that uses it DO NOT sell AT ANY LEVEL. Zero Stars still doesn't give a lot of people the absolute piece of shit posing as a security camera.
