I just bought these sheets and the first thing I noticed when I took them out of the box was that they weren't soft. Usually all jersey is pretty soft so I was disappointed. And I was surprised when I looked at the reviews and a lot of people commented on how soft they are. I'm wondering if they may have recently switched the fabric to a slightly lower quality. Looks like it's been seven months since the last review, so I think it's possible. I've washed the sheets once with no improvement, so I'm hoping that maybe washing them more often will soften them up. I hope the manufacturer sees this review and resorts to a softer material. I'm still hoping they can bring back the softer material as it looked like a really good deal and people have been very happy with the product.
