I have been interested in this product for a long time. I've even tried to buy them from another company before and got an email saying they couldn't fulfill my order. When it arrived, I was stunned by the presentation. It was nicely packaged and clearly labeled. I had trouble understanding the instructions so I watched a YouTube video to walk through it. I would say that this product definitely works as advertised. It takes a while to get it right, but it's great when it works. There is a slight learning curve. The first eye I did looks amazing. The second was not so successful. The good thing is that if you make mistakes, there are many things to try again. This should be fairly easy to fix. In general I am very happy. The value is really great considering you get multiple apps, and it's a lot cheaper than having someone else do it.
