Ordered size 5-6 for my tall 4 year old. They fit perfectly, haven't shrunk after washing and he still has room to grow. I ordered two pairs (rockets and bulldozer) and then found plain white long sleeve shirts to pair with them as pajamas. My son keeps outgrowing his pajamas, shrinking, tearing, etc. so this was a great solution to a problem that was becoming increasingly expensive. He says they're "comfy" and that "these are the coolest pants in the world!" So I take it as a win. We've had them for several months now. and after long wear and many washes they still look great, feel soft, no signs of peeling. he still fits in! Go ahead and order them. I know that the next time we grow we will order more.
