The service I received from Medicus was great. They were always available for me whenever I had questions or needed help with anything that came up during my contract. They were very flexible with how they worked with me and my schedule. Communication seemed difficult at times. Sometimes they would send me an email and then two or three days later call me back to get clarification or make sure that I understood their message correctly. It's not that they were disrespectful, but there just wasn't as much communication. When you have to change your provider so quickly, they help immensely. The ease of switching care givers, while being able to stay in the same location, helped tremendously. The staff at medicus was very helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about their field and they always have new ideas of how to improve the process. I like that they are willing to work with you and help create a plan for success. There isn't much i dislike. I would highly recommend medicus to anyone looking for a great place to go for temporary staffing. Medicus helps us fill many positions at once which makes it easier for our clients.
