Review on 🐱 Post-it Pop-up Note Dispenser, Cat Design, 3x3 in - White - CAT-330 (1 Dispenser/Pack) by Raquel Syafitri

Very cute design, especially for cat lovers. The bottom is weighted so it stays in place when you pull on the post-it sticker. Unfortunately, mine arrived with scratched earbuds, a brown mark and scratches on the back of the head, and brown marks and scratches on the side. See photos. Brown stains do not wash off, and the plastic is clearly scratched. Looks terrible because this item is white. The box it came in was not damaged but the plastic box has brown spots on the clear plastic. It looks like it was damaged by the manufacturer or in the warehouse. I tried to have it replaced but the Revain website says the item is non-refundable so I'm stuck with a damaged item. Incredibly disappointed as I have never had a problem with Revain returning or replacing a damaged item. If you're giving it to someone, you don't want it to arrive in this form.
