I purchased this item a year ago and I washed it today for the first time. It came out of a delicate wash and dry cycle so beautifully I had to write a review to note how happy I am with this purchase.I have been stopped on at least 5 occasions by total strangers that have told me how beautiful my coat is and commenting on how soft it looks. I didn't pay very much for this coat, and did not have great expectations. It was not purchased to wear on a regular basis, but it has become my go-to coat in the winter. Everything fits comfortably underneath, no snugness around the arms and shoulders even with a heavy sweater. It is also very comfy to drive in. I usually take of my coat for long drives but with this one, it isn't necessary. Now that I have washed it and it came out so nicely, I have to highly recommend and say for the price, this is a wardrobe essential and I'm about to order another!
