I use it every day in the barbershop, there are no complaints. They work with Santek neck straps and the neck straps fit perfectly. Sometimes the back comes off (I don't hang mine, I keep mine in a clean drawer on my workbench) and sometimes the neck strap breaks when I pull it out, but I think it has more to do with thinness. stripes on the neck.
