Great watch on wristwatch

I am a licensed nurse and needed a new used watch for work and RN school. This watch is perfect and fashionable. The only drawback is the date on the watch. It's never been accurate. It doesn't matter because I've never relied on a watch to show the date. I'm sure it's easy to fix. I never tried to fix it because again I don't care about the date
