Well, I love my dog, but no matter what I do, he gives off a distinctive canine smell. Do not judge me. I bathe my dog regularly and wash his bedding regularly. I guess it's just living with a dog. I hung a few of these up where they sleep and they really helped get rid of the stubborn dog smell. It used to be the first thing I felt right next to the bed, but now I don't feel anything. These bags are made from durable burlap (not spiky). No "leakage" of coal dust like some other brands. Easy to use, just "charge" in the sun. Good product!
