First, let me say that I really like this toothbrush set. Love the 3 modes to choose from and the short pauses every 30 seconds so you know when to switch areas while brushing. The head of the brush seems a bit small, but it's definitely effective. I don't like the charging port on the bottom of the brush, nor do I like that it doesn't include a charging brick. You have to use a PC or have your own charging box and more and more things these days refuse to take them and my phone uses USB-C so I had to look for a USB-A box to charge this baby. Otherwise - I really like this toothbrush and it works well. The stronger modes were too much for my sensitive teeth, but the gentle mode was just great. I recommend!
