Update: After 90 days, the shoulder strap started failing. The seller was asked if there was a guarantee on the product as it was actually used quite seldom as there wasn't always a laptop in it. Usually just a leather briefcase. I even asked if there was an option to purchase another replacement strap at my own expense. A week has passed and no response from the seller. Poor customer service and product support. Spend your money elsewhere. I have been looking for a messenger style leather bag that is both soft and pliable and thick enough to withstand the abuse of everyday use. This bag is just the thing. Gets better with use as it gains some character traits. Everything is smoothed out well with a rag and some leather conditioner. The interiors are designed to accommodate a leather briefcase and a book-sized chrome laptop. Exactly what I intended. Leather strap on one side and canvas strap on the other for added durability. Flexible and comfortable to wear, even over long periods of time. Will buy again when this wears out.
