Bought the large, 5ft 9in, 34in, 160lbs. He rose just above my knee. The sleeves were the perfect length, but flowy and baggy. I ordered white which was a good color and the fabric looked nice and didn't show through. Next time I would order M because it was too big for me and I wanted it a little shorter. Definitely a dress, not a shirt
