The customer service was exceptional
First of all, I have to say their customer service was the best customer service I have ever received in such a very long time kudos to them for that!The color I bought was too dark. I emailed them and they replied within 1 day and I told them which color I needed. They told me not to worry about shipping the other color back. They gave me NO ISSUES at all. Within a few days iMethod ship the right color.I use to spend over 10 minutes with powder and pencil to get my eyebrows right. I love this product it is fast, easy, smudge proof and water proof. I like that I can just use the stencil and be done in less than 3 minutes or take more time and combine with a pencil but I don't even really need that. Great product.
