Excellent bakery! best in bread box

Great bread box! Easy assembly, all parts fit perfectly. The adjustable shelf makes it more flexible than similar bread bins with a fixed shelf. The board is a nice addition and the included bread knife is perfect for slicing bread. It even sticks to the cutting board with a magnet, so it's always where it belongs. The seller is very responsive and very focused on customer satisfaction. If I could change one thing I would do it by 1 1/2. " Lower so the loaf is placed front to back instead of to the side when it comes out of the baking pan. This would dramatically increase the amount of bread she could hold.
