Judging by the positive reviews they looked great so I decided to give them a try. I always think it's a great idea, but they don't work for me at all. We have an old toilet that uses five gallons per flush, so we don't flush every time we use the bathroom to save water. As a result, the bowl starts to stain after a few days and I figured these pads would be a quick and easy way to clean the bowl once I start noticing stains. Well, even for smaller stains these pads don't work well at all and if you try to remove the stains with some pressure you'll ruin the pads because they're pretty thin and can't handle it. They're probably good for toilets that aren't very dirty, but if a product can't clean a dirty bowl, it's useless to me. So I'm disappointed and will keep looking for a better bowl cleaning solution.
