The first one was assembled on Friday or Monday I think. The glue was awful and had pooling overflows in some bad spots. If this happens somewhere other than the PS4's main location, it wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately the quantity and size was enough to scratch my console when I used it so I sent it back for a replacement. Why didn't I just remove the extra glue? Glue sticks well. Adhesive stuck to the foam tends to pull the foam along and cause surface damage, which actually happened to one of the controller cutouts when they were removed. Hence my warning about this expensive item: do not compromise. Listen! The case is amazing. Firmly! I don't want to test the water resistance but to be honest if I'm doing my best to protect my system I won't get it wet anyway. However, I like the calm that this case conveys.
