My dental hygienist recommended I buy a night guard because I felt like I was grinding my teeth in my sleep but she suggested trying one of the OTC guards and see if it helps, before you take the bite block $500 created by a dentist I've had before that proved uncomfortable when sleeping. I'm so glad I listened and got this one! It's very easy to use, perfect for you and really comfy for sleeping! Fantastic purchase at an unbelievable price!
