This was my first time using totalmed services, I have to say that they were very helpful in assisting me with all of my paperwork for this process! They made everything easy and straight forward even though it can be tricky at times due to some documentation requirements from both sides (employer/ employee).

There is not much you could complain about as far as their customer service goes but if there are any concerns or questions please let them know immediately so we can help address those issues ASAP!! The benefits include getting matched quickly into available positions which helps keep costs down since employers typically pay more per hour than employees who work directly through agencies like ours.
