The sound was fine. But people in my chat said I don't express myself as clearly as I used to. I could live with that, but not with the headache-triggering narrowness of the headset. I'm a woman with a pretty average head. I gave it to my 13 year old son and he couldn't take it either. Most of the time I find headsets a little underpowered, if at all. It was ridiculously tight. I ordered a completely different type as a replacement. Unfortunately, single-ear headphones are becoming harder and harder to find.
