I like it so far but found the Fitbit app to be a bit more complicated than it should be. The only watch basically does what it is advertised to do. So if you're looking for a watch that tracks your steps and workouts, this watch is a great choice. Here are some of the cons I've experienced so far: 1. Incorrect syncing with 3rd party app - I'm using Loseitet! an app to keep track of my food, calories etc and I was very happy to have a device that synced with this app so I didn't have to enter exercises manually. It never worked properly. None of my guard drills show up in Loseitet! Application, although some of the calories burned do. Through a lot of research and troubleshooting, I found that the issue is with the Fitbit app rather than LoseIt! lies. I still haven't found a solution.2. Some data is displayed incorrectly in the application. You can view all completed exercises in the Fitbit app. For some reason, some exercises don't list the calories burned. For example, a 30-minute walk a few days ago shows calories burned, but a 60-minute bike ride yesterday doesn't. Both tracked the same thing on the clock. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason why it shows up for some and not others. I've looked at several forums where others have had similar experiences. This is very annoying.3. The Fitbit app can be cumbersome. The Fitbit app has many features, but it's definitely more complex than it should be. I'm very tech savvy, but I was still having trouble figuring out what certain features do and how to navigate them properly. UPDATE: I'm editing this review after using the watch for about 7 months. Last month my watch started having battery problems. Now it only needed to be charged every 4 days and now needs to be charged more than once a day. In less than a week, my watch would no longer turn on or charge. I spoke to Fitbit support who replaced my watch. I had to wait almost 4 weeks for a new watch to be sent. When I received the refurbished replacement I was extremely disappointed to find that the replacement had touchscreen issues. The watch does not respond to touch at all. I contacted Fitbit support again, who then sent me another refurbished replacement. Luckily they accommodated me for the night this time. When I got the second replacement there was a big red X on the screen and it wouldn't load beyond that. After a few hours of searching the internet and reading forums I was able to figure out how to get it working and syncing and after a week it seems to be working fine. I am very upset that a watch I spent over $200 on stops working after only 6 months. I understand that electronics can sometimes go wrong, but I can say with certainty that I'm highly unlikely to buy a Fitbit again in the future.
