There is a clear bag policy. This is fine with me. I purchased a small (9-11 inches), clear vinyl purse for the concert to put stuff like my medication, breathing mask, cellphone battery block to charge my phone, my wallet, a couple of Atomic Fireballs (I'm diabetic and sometimes need a little sugar), and other items. The woman in front of me had a tiny (less than 6 inches tall) clear backpack-looking purse. We were both flagged for "BackPacks". It was ridiculous because people with bags large enough to fit a dog in were not flagged. When I went to check my bag, I was given the option of buying a non-clear bag, or to get a free Ziplock bag. I took two free Ziplock bags. So, now I'm having to carry two Ziplock bags of inconvenience with my wallet and meds and stuff in them. No, I did not buy PNC's overpriced drinks. No, I did not buy PNC's overpriced food. PNC kinda ruined my Grateful Dead experience because I had to guard my Ziplock bags so they wouldn't be kicked like soccer balls or stolen. I enjoyed the band, but it's hard to concentrate on the music when you have to keep an eye out for Ziplock bags so my wallet wouldn't get stolen. You guys owe me a refund for the bag you took because I know you probably gave it to staff or whomever saw my bag in security and thought "I would like that". Stop stealing from people. You could have made a lot of money off me from drinks and food, but you stole my bag and I don't want to patronize thieves. A clear bag is a clear bag.
