Review on KPIsland by Eric Weber

It's easy to use, it is intuitively designed for users without any previous knowledge in data analysis or statistical methods (I am not one). The interface makes all calculations available at once! I can see my graphs from different perspectives thanks to several tools that allow me quickly change them as needed during an evaluation process; also very useful when making changes later because everything stays organized by date/time range so there are no problems finding old results if you need some back-dated information about your progress over time. Maybe they could add more features like charts which would be great since we're doing performance evaluations using this tool every month but have never found anything similar yet. We track our sales team activity monthly via surveys sent out through email campaigns - now each employee has their own dashboard where he sees his personal scores compared against other colleagues around him who work under him / her. This allows us easily make decisions regarding promotions.
