I like that it's customizable, can use many different apps with their software which is great! The cost seems pretty high compared t owhat other products are out there; however if you want good customer service or more personalized options then this may be worth your time/money as far i understand how complicated medical things could come into play? We've been able have an automated way of tracking patient records via mobile devices so we don't loose information easily anymore (also saving money). I like that it is easy to use, has many features that are helpful when working with our clients' data. The software can be somewhat buggy at times (especially during upgrades). Sometimes we have trouble using certain functions or navigating through menus/pages, which makes us look unprofessional as well. If you're looking for an EMR system without too much complexity then this should work great! We were able to create all necessary forms needed by each client quickly after purchase.
