I like that it's fully automated, so you don't need an expert at this type of work! This software does all kinds of things for me--it makes my listing look better than ever (for example by adding more photos or making sure they're square). It also helps with keyword research/placement which has been hard since we moved over from FBA years ago when most people didn’t even know what keywords were anymore!! The customer service is top notch, the support team goes above and beyond to help you with any issues you may encounter. I can't think of anything that I dislike about this program at all. It's been an absolute pleasure working with them over the past few years. Highly recommended! We are able to optimize our product pages for better search results and get more sales. They also do a great job at optimizing our reviews pages as well.
