This tie top is great. I received the pink and it was exactly like the photo and a beautiful colour. In suits and shirts I usually wear a medium sized top, sometimes a large one, if it runs small I have a medium sized one and it fits true to size. IF YOU FIND IT IS NOT "AS PICTURED". Many of these reviews are misleading. CHECK YOUR POCKET. I thought the same thing at first, checked my bag and the tie in the middle came undone and was on the bottom of the Revain bag. There's even an overview photo with a tie literally on the suit, only tied at the bottom of the suit and not around. All you have to do is tie it in and around the hole and it will look exactly like the pictures. For reference, I'm 5ft 6in, 160lbs, 36C.
