These lights are tiny but bright! I have an archway in my kitchen and I used blue icicles and just left them on. I saw them and thought they might work. I AM IN LOVE. THIS. They were a bit difficult to unroll when rolled up. Little by little I worked carefully until I became straight. The wire inside basically keeps the shape you're aiming for and that helps, but I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to bend into a straight line. The wire breaks if you "work" too much, but we're not here for a science lesson. Once I unraveled it, I realized I could make a bow, and then again. So did I! I started with a lot of slack for the charger (which is standard on a USB cable port - think the possibilities!) and used tiny command hooks. Now next time I would change the direction of the hooks, one to the left, one to the right and so on until the end. I did it from above. Much better. Since I started with all the hooks to the kitchen, I ended up wrapping some wire (remember it will keep its shape) around the tiny hooks. Not a big deal and when I went back the other way I had room to wrap again as the wire is so thin. The picture here doesn't do it justice, but it's so clean and tidy that I just love it. I wasn't sure if I wanted the blue and green alternating, but since I love both colors it works. Now don't judge my dirty house, okay?
