These are my very first pair of wireless headphones, and at first, everything worked perfectly. Extremely comfy, they stay in your ears without falling out, the sound quality is satisfactory, and the price is one that would make you happy. Nevertheless, after using it for a month, issues started to become apparent. To begin, the left earpiece does not always attach normally, and in order to make it work, you have to repeatedly prod it into the case. Second, with prolonged use, the left earpiece has the tendency to become less effective in transmitting sound. To put it another way, you listen to music, and after a few seconds of silence, the sound starts to fade away in the left earpiece. To correct the issue, you will need to take a few breaks. Finally, the sound is occasionally but not very frequently out of sync. That is, the sound comes out of one of the headphones before the other. And finally, the most frustrating aspect is that the right earpiece in the case does not always open to allow charging. This is the fourth and final point. Occasionally you take the headphones out of their case, and they have just the correct 10% charge. And we see this on a fairly consistent basis. I have already cleaned the contacts, and I have tried inserting them in advance multiple times, as well as pressing harder to ensure that the contacts join normally; nevertheless, this has not worked. It fails a great deal of the time and simply does not charge very frequently. And the quality of the microphone isn't great, so they can barely hear me.
